How do your fees work ?
We offer two main service options: Remote Part-Time Co-Hosting and Full Service Co-Hosting. For both options, we charge an initiation fee of $300 for existing listings and $500 for new listings. The service fee for Remote Part-Time Co-Hosting is 10% of the rental income, while for Full Service Co-Hosting, it's 20%. Our transparent pricing ensures that you always know what you're paying for.

Yes, our Remote Part-Time Co-Hosting service is available anywhere in the U.S., allowing us to manage properties outside our listed service areas. For Full Service Co-Hosting, we currently operate in Tampa Bay, South Bend, and have plans to expand to Topeka soon.
